Food Assignments: Families are assigned items to bring to the race. Click here to download the list.
Rower Uniform: All rowers should bring their unisuit, PR Crew t-shirt and black compression shorts.
Reusable Water Bottles: Be sure to bring reusable water bottles to the Regatta.
Rowers need to bring blankets, sleeping bags, etc. as there will not be a tent and the tarp/rug on the ground for them.
Saturday, Nov. 1, Agenda:
Please arrive on Saturday at the hotel at your leisure. There is not a specific arrival time.

Sunday, Nov. 2, Agenda:
For this regatta, we will not be cooking hot food or setting up tents. We will have the food available from the assigned food list.
Breakfast is free at the hotel. We will not have coffee at the site.
Hoagies will be provided for lunch. Food from the food list will be available during the day.
Vendors are also available at the site.
Please arrive by 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. Plan to leave the hotel by 7 a.m. in order to be at the site by 7:30 a.m. Shuttles are available from the parking to the river.
Once the races have ended, we will clean up our areas. The rowers will de-rig the boats and load them onto the trailer.
All rowers and their families are expected to stay at the race site until our coach has dismissed the team. When we are away at regattas, any notifications, if necessary, will be handled via mass team texts. Please keep your cell phones handy to be informed of any changes to the schedule.
A general reminder: Families will receive a final bill at the end of the season for Regatta expenses for your family.
